No Return Policy

As our products are food items and perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

We ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. Customers are requested to review the order details carefully before placing the order.
In case of any genuine quality concerns or incorrect items received, customers must notify us immediately at the time of delivery with supporting evidence, and we will review the matter on a case-to-case basis.

If your return is accepted, We will send the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Cakes & Pastries items are non-returnable as they are perishable food products. However, if you have any concerns regarding quality or damage, please contact our support team for assistance.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-12 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at operations@SweetHarmony.

Cancellation

If a customer chooses to cancel an order at their own discretion, a cancellation fee of 2% of the total order value will be applicable.
The remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation charges, will be refunded as per our standard refund timelines.

Please note that cancellation requests must be raised within the permitted cancellation window, if any, mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
